Welcome To Southern Brazoria County Habitat for Humanity

The Hands and Hearts Behind the Mission

At Southern Brazoria County Habitat for Humanity, our staff is the backbone of our daily operations — the ones who turn strategy into action, blueprints into homes, and community support into lasting change.
This team is made up of passionate professionals, each deeply committed to the belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to live. Whether in the office, at the build site, or in the ReStore, our staff brings energy, expertise, and compassion to every part of the mission.

What We Do

Our staff oversees and executes all aspects of our local Habitat operation, including:
From helping future homeowners navigate the application process to coordinating hundreds of volunteers and ensuring every donated dollar is used wisely, this team keeps the mission moving forward — every day, in every way.

Meet the Team

Samuel Vega – ReStore Manager

Samuel runs the day-to-day operations of our ReStore, managing inventory, pricing, and customer service — all while keeping our mission at the center of the store experience.

Our Culture

We are mission-driven, community-focused, and people-first. That means we work hard, care deeply, and collaborate across roles to meet our shared goal: building homes, hope, and opportunity in southern Brazoria County.
Our staff represents a blend of skill sets and backgrounds, but we’re all united by one purpose — to serve families, uplift our community, and help others build a better life.
